Shutki Chutney is a crushed, salted, and fermented fish paste that is used in Bengali cuisine as a seasoning or a condiment. It originated as a way of preserving fish during the long months when fresh fish was not available in abundant supply.
Vegetable oil, dried fish, shrimp paste, garlic, chillies, flavour enhancer, salt, onions.
Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 10 to 14 days.
